For the second year in a row Calvary Chapel hosted “A Break for Our Bravest – a Night Out for NYC Firefighters and their spouses/significant others.” Held at Staten Island’s premier catering hall, The LiGreci Staaten, the evening provided a respite from the tremendous stress experienced by the firefighters and their families. These individuals regularly demonstrate unconditional love by putting their lives on the line for those they don’t even now. A once a year appreciation dinner is the least we can do.
